Everything we develop, is done alongside and in partnership with the people we work with. Our clients are our partners, and we love to work together providing the best digital we can.

The coolest thing I am currently working on is streamlining processes for delivering standardised services to our clients, whilst ensuring everyone still feels like a VIP.

In a nutshell, I am conjuring up an experience that’ll have you brewing up success and ensuring its anything but a bland cuppa.

I’m currently working with a consulting firm who collect, assess, and provide psychodynamic data to determine peoples' dispositions in an organisational capacity. Kind of like understanding peoples' personalities within business. Very cool!

Working alongside like-minded people who are focused on building great products that have the potential to change lives for the better!

The Tech for Good movement is inspiring and exciting. It is the use of digital innovation to place positive, measurable societal impact at the centre of our concerns. Every day we demonstrate how technology can be used with purpose to improve people’s lives. For me that involves strong, user-led design approaches.

To me, "tech for good" refers to the concept of leveraging technology and innovation to create positive social impact and address important global challenges. It encompasses the idea of using technology as a tool to improve people's lives, promote equality, sustainability, and address societal problems.

To me, "Tech for Good" encompasses the belief that technology and coding can be powerful tools for positive change. It's the idea that my passion for writing code isn't just about solving complex technical problems, but rather a means to assist people in need, and to enrich and uplift communities. It's about harnessing the innovative and transformative power of technology to tackle societal issues and improve lives.

"Tech for good”, to me, means empowering people and promoting active digital engagement, while also prioritising positive impacts on well-being, skills enhancement, diversity and inclusion.

What sets focusgov apart for me is the fantastic team dynamic—everyone is genuinely friendly and supportive, creating a work environment that's both enjoyable and collaborative. Equally important is the company's commitment to work-life balance, allowing me to excel in my role while maintaining a personal life.
