Hartlepool Now App

Part of the Hartlepool Now service, the Hartlepool Now App is already making fundamental differences to the way that Hartlepool Borough Council distribute their information and guidance around adult social care.

Community teams, including social workers, are able to sit with people in their homes and browse services, events and even mobility products to help make day to day lives easier and encourage more people to live longer at home - with long term benefits to each individual and to the council.

The App has also been installed by Ricochet - a local charity that lend and promote tablet usage across older generations, and the Hartlepool Fire Service, who use it to provide advice whilst testing smoke alarms in peoples homes.
