Apps for Information, Advice and Guidance
Our Apps help local authorities in their digital transformation of services and support the publication of statutory information using technology already being used in everyday life.
Configure and customise your own App.
Expand your service with an information, advice and guidance App, delivering accessible content to the personal mobile devices of those in need of support, their carers and professionals. Synchronise the App with either an existing or new website, reducing duplication and administration.
Stay connected - even without the internet.
Information and content in the App can be searched and browsed at any time, even when there is no internet connection. The App then updates each time a connection is re-established, making it an ideal tool for healthcare and social teams working in the community, or for those living in areas poor internet coverage.
Helping citizens and professionals to self-serve.
Our IAG Apps are designed to encourage citizens to self-serve and support local authorities in their digital transformation of services. They are already being used to alleviate pressure on first line services and are reducing incoming enquiries and early intervention, saving money and driving efficiency.
A tried, tested and trusted solution.
Our Apps are already being used by local authorities throughout the UK in a variety of scenarios. Social workers are able to source advice whilst in peoples homes - even without a wifi connection - and practioners can find first line services and contact points on a 24/7 basis.
Detailed reporting, analysis and feedback.
What impact will your App have? Our reporting on App usage goes beyond how many downloads have been achieved. We focus on how people are actually using the App - how long do they spend, what sections are popular, which are not and what user journeys are being undertaken.
Quality assurance with ISO9001:2008
All projects are governed by our ISO9001:2008 certified quality management systems. We have been supplying the public sector since 2004 and our products and services are available on the UK Government's Digital Marketplace.
Hartlepool Now App
Part of the Hartlepool Now service, the Hartlepool Now App is already making fundamental differences to the way that Hartlepool Borough Council distribute their information and guidance around adult social care.
Community teams, including social workers, are able to sit with people in their homes and browse services, events and even mobility products to help make day to day lives easier and encourage more people to live longer at home - with long term benefits to each individual and to the council.
The App has also been installed by Ricochet - a local charity that lend and promote tablet usage across older generations, and the Hartlepool Fire Service, who use it to provide advice whilst testing smoke alarms in peoples homes.
To download the Hartlepool Now App - visit the App Store or Google Play on your mobile device, and search for 'Hartlepool Now'.
