The app is assured to transform experiences for care leavers in Ealing, providing crucial information such as their local offer, real-time apprenticeships, bespoke surveys and messaging to those transitioning into independent adulthood.
"Ealing Cares" is not just an app; it aims to empower care leavers in their transition to independence and is available as a website. By consolidating a wide range of resources and information into one accessible platform, the app equips care leavers with the knowledge and tools they need to make informed decisions and set achievable goals.
